Terms

These terms are between you and The Irish Front Desk, run by Enda O'Shea.

A Front Desk includes:

• A website that works on any phone, tablet or laptop.
• An AI assistant that answers your customers from facts you approve and books them into your calendar.
• Confirmation and reminder emails for your customers.
• Email alerts to you.
• Call and WhatsApp buttons to your own phone.
• The finishing touches described on our homepage.

We build it, host it and keep it running while your plan is active.

We take one business per trade in each county. While your plan is active, we won't set up an agent for another business in your trade in your county.

Prices are the ones on our Services page on the day you sign up, and on your invoice. The first month, or the year, is paid when you sign up. The Full Front Desk setup fee is paid in two equal parts: one when you sign and one when your site goes live. Monthly plans: cancel any month. Yearly plans renew at the same price, with a reminder 30 days before. There is no money-back guarantee. Payment is by card, through a secure payment link that Enda emails you.

I'll give you your start date when you sign up. Once your build starts, our target is to have your Front Desk live within 7 days. That target needs your form answers first, and your photos if you have them. It's a target, not a promise. Nothing goes live until you've approved it.

Cancel any month. Send one email before your next payment date and no further payments are taken.

The yearly plan renews automatically for another year at the same price. Thirty days before it renews, I'll email you a reminder with the date and the price. If you don't want it to renew, email me before the renewal date and your plan ends at the end of the year.

You give us accurate facts about your business: your services, your area, your hours, the prices you're happy to share, and your registration and insurance where you have them. You tell us when they change. You confirm you have the right to use the photos, logo and text you send us. You own them, and we use them only to build and run your Front Desk. Your site uses only real photos: ones you send us or have the right to use. We don't put AI-made pictures on a customer's site.

The assistant answers only from the facts you approve, and it tells every customer it's an AI. If it ever gives a wrong answer about your business, tell us and we'll fix it.

We don't ring or text your customers, buy phone numbers for you, or manage your Google reviews or Google listing.

When your plan ends, your Front Desk comes offline at the end of the last period you paid for. Your domain is registered in your name, so it stays yours. Your photos, logo and text are yours too: ask and we'll send you a copy.

These terms are governed by Irish law, and the courts of Ireland deal with any dispute.
