Written to be read. If anything here contradicts what the site says in plainer words, the plainer words are what we meant and we'll honour them.

1. Who's agreeing to what

We are The Front Office, the trading name of [to be confirmed], [to be confirmed], Ireland — endaosheainfo@gmail.com. You are the business that buys a Front Desk or Hands-Free Content from us. These terms, together with the order you place, are the whole agreement. Paying for an order means you've accepted them.

This is a business-to-business service for trades and local service businesses in Ireland. It isn't offered to consumers.

2. What a Front Desk is

A Front Desk is three things we build, connect and hand over: a fast, mobile-first website written for your trade and your county; an AI chat assistant fenced to a set list of questions about your business that pushes towards a booking; and an online booking calendar. Bookings and lead alerts arrive in your email. Nothing we build makes phone calls or sends text messages.

It runs on a third-party platform (HighLevel, also known as LeadConnector) under our account. We host it, keep it running and support it for the term below; we don't hand you software to operate.

3. The Front Desk — price and what's included

€3,970, paid once, covers, for twelve months from the day your Front Desk goes live:

  • The build — site, assistant and booking calendar, written and set up for your trade and your county (normally €1,500, waived).
  • Hosting, AI usage and support for twelve months (normally €397 a month).
  • Your county held for your trade for the year (section 4).

Bought the standard way that's €6,264 for the same twelve months; the annual price is €2,294 less. Prices are in euro and, unless we say otherwise on the order, exclusive of VAT where VAT applies. The Front Desk is limited to fifty businesses in total; when they're gone there's a waiting list.

4. One partner per trade, per county

For your term we won't build a Front Desk for another business in your trade in your county. Your county is held from the moment your payment clears (or, if you've had an interview and said yes, for seven days from the call while you use the payment link we send). “Trade” and “county” are the ones on your order. If we're ever unsure whether two businesses are the same trade, we'll decide it in the way that keeps the promise to the partner who was first.

This is a promise about what we build. It isn't a promise about what anyone else does, and it doesn't give you any exclusive right to a county, a search term or a customer.

5. The build, and your approval

Your build starts when you've paid and returned the onboarding form — about ten minutes' work. Builds run in the order places are claimed; we'll tell you your start date rather than leave it open. From the day your build starts we aim to have your Front Desk ready to show you within seven days.

You look at it once and either approve it or tell us what to change. We'll make reasonable changes to bring it in line with what the site and your onboarding form describe. Once you approve it, it goes live and your twelve months begin. If we don't hear from you within fourteen days of showing it to you, we'll treat it as approved so your county hold and your term aren't left hanging.

6. The Build Guarantee

Your place is held the moment you pay. Then we build it and show it to you. If what you're looking at isn't what's described on our site, you get every euro back before it goes live. No time limit, no form, no argument.

In plain terms: at any point before you approve the build and it goes live, if you tell us by email that what we've built isn't what the site described, we refund the full amount you paid. Once it's live, section 12 applies instead.

7. Hands-Free Content

Hands-Free Content is an optional add-on: three to four localised posts and short videos a week, made for your trade and your county and scheduled to your social channels. You write nothing and post nothing. It starts the week your Front Desk goes live, not the day you pay.

  • €397 a month on its own, billed monthly. Cancel any month by email; it stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
  • €3,970 for the year if you add it to the annual bundle — twelve months for the price of ten, running with your Front Desk term.

You give us permission to post to the channels you connect, and you're responsible for having the right to use any photos or information you supply. Content that is AI-assisted is marked as such where the law requires. We'll take down or change any post you object to as soon as we reasonably can. We don't promise any particular number of followers, enquiries or jobs from it.

8. The AI assistant

The assistant on your Front Desk is an AI, and it says so in its first message — that isn't something you can switch off, because the law requires it. It answers from the information you give us about your business. Anything outside that — a price it hasn't been given, a complaint, someone upset — it doesn't guess at; it stops and sends the message to your email.

Keep the information current (section 9). We're not responsible for an answer that was correct on the information you gave us but wrong because that information had changed.

9. What we need from you

  • Accurate information in the onboarding form — your services, prices, hours, service area — and an email to tell us when any of it changes.
  • The right to use any name, logo, photo or text you give us.
  • A calendar you actually keep, and an inbox you actually read. The Front Desk books people in; turning up is yours.
  • Your own compliance with the law in your trade — licences, insurance, consumer rights, advertising rules. We build the front desk; we don't run the business.

10. Who owns what

You own your business name, logo, photos and the information you give us. The copy we write for your site is yours to keep. The design system, code, templates and the assistant's configuration are ours; you have the right to use them as part of your Front Desk for as long as it's running with us. [to be confirmed]

12. Ending the agreement

Before go-live: the Build Guarantee (section 6) — every euro back if it isn't what the site described.

After go-live: you can end the agreement by email at any time. Because the year is paid up front and your county has been held from the day you paid, the annual fee isn't refundable after go-live except where the law or section 13 says otherwise; the Front Desk stays live until the end of the paid term unless you ask us to take it down sooner. Hands-Free Content on the monthly plan stops at the end of the paid month.

We can end the agreement if you don't pay, if you use the Front Desk for something unlawful, or if you ask the assistant to pretend to be a person or to say things you know to be untrue. We'll tell you why, by email, and refund any part of the term we haven't delivered.

13. Limits on our liability

We'll build and run your Front Desk with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows:

  • We don't promise any particular number of enquiries, bookings or jobs. The Front Desk answers and books; the work, the weather and the market are yours.
  • We're not liable for the platform being unavailable for reasons outside our control, for an email a customer's provider filed as spam, or for a booking a customer didn't keep.
  • Our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
  • We're not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of business.
  • Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says can't be limited.

14. Law, changes and contact

Irish law applies, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If we change these terms we'll email you; the change applies from your next renewal, not to the term you've already paid for.
