How The Irish Front Desk uses AI

The chat on this site is an AI assistant, not a person. Its first message is: "Hi, I'm The Irish Front Desk's AI assistant, not a person." It answers from facts we approve. Anything it can't answer, it passes to Enda.

Every agent we set up for a business says it's AI in its first message, for example: "Hi, I'm [business name]'s AI assistant, not a person." It answers from facts the owner approves and hands anything else to the owner.

It doesn't answer phone calls, send texts, take payments or ask for passwords or card details.

The short night video, the van scenes, the phone close-up, the country road and the four trade pictures on the About page are AI illustrations. They show no real people, places or jobs, and each one is labelled AI illustration. The chats and the booking alert are labelled examples.
